Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using BeliefState, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use BeliefState for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring invited workspace members have appropriate authority.

BeliefState provides investor belief data and read-only tools through its website, REST API, MCP server, and related interfaces. The service processes permitted sources, creates evidence-linked interpretations, preserves revisions, measures outcomes, and publishes approved public records. Features may use automated and artificial-intelligence systems. Outputs can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and require independent review.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Experimental, preview, and pilot features may change without notice and may have additional limits.

BeliefState provides research data and read-only analytical records, not personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing in the service is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, promise of performance, or instruction to buy, sell, or hold a security. You remain solely responsible for research, risk assessment, and investment decisions.

You may connect third-party services or select third-party source material. You authorize BeliefState to access and process only the data needed for features you request. You must have the rights and authority required to submit or connect that material. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms.

You may install or configure BeliefState for a Discord server only if you are authorized to manage that server, select the configured channels, and provide any notices or obtain any permissions required from affected server and channel members. Do not select channels intended for minors or channels where BeliefState’s processing is prohibited.

Selecting Import history and track authorizes BeliefState to receive and process available earlier messages plus new message create, edit, and delete events from selected channels; retain encrypted source records; identify potential market calls; link provider identities; obtain market data; calculate normalized results; and maintain review and audit history. A delegated server manager who completes setup without a BeliefState account agrees to this Discord section and acknowledges our Privacy Policy, Research Disclosures, and Methodology.

Where setup discloses public scoring, normalized trade facts, timestamps, author attribution, profile claim status, derived performance, and rankings may appear publicly. Raw private Discord messages and private channel identifiers are not published. Removing the app or deselecting a channel stops new collection; existing data remains subject to the Privacy Policy and provider requirements.

Paid access uses prepaid credit or another offer shown before checkout. Pricing, usage rates, taxes, expiration terms, and refund rules are disclosed before purchase. API and MCP requests may stop when available credit or entitlement is insufficient.

Prepaid credit does not renew automatically. A recurring charge applies only when the checkout page explicitly states its price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method. Completed purchases are not refundable unless law or the offer states otherwise.

You may not:

• Break law, violate rights, or submit material you cannot use.
• Circumvent access, security, safety, usage, or provider controls.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.
• Use outputs to manipulate markets, deceive others, or enable unlawful trading or financial activity.
• Share access outside authorized users or resell the service without written permission.

BeliefState, its software, structured data, schemas, methods, design, and service materials belong to BeliefState LLC and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Access does not grant a right to redistribute source content, resell the dataset, or provide unauthorized third-party access.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to operate, secure, and support the service. You represent that you can grant those rights.

For third-party source material you connect, you authorize us to process it as described in these Terms and represent that you have any required rights, permissions, and authority. This authorization does not transfer ownership or override a source author’s or provider’s rights.

You may stop using BeliefState at any time. We may restrict or end access when needed to protect users or the service, address legal or provider requirements, respond to nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeliefState is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, complete or current data, accurate model output, or any investment result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeliefState LLC and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or business interruption arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for BeliefState during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.

These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, claims must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by another reasonable method before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions: antvacation@gmail.com.
