What is BeliefState?
BeliefState is a point-in-time investor belief data product for AI trading systems, hedge funds, quantitative researchers, and investors using AI for market research. It records who believed what, when, why, with what confidence, how the belief changed, and what happened next.

Market data records prices. News data records events. BeliefState records judgment: original claims, evidence, catalysts, invalidation conditions, confidence changes, revisions, and measured outcomes.

No. BeliefState provides research data and read-only analytical records. It does not provide personalized investment advice, execute trades, or guarantee outcomes.

Data and methodology
What does a BeliefState record contain?
A record can include identity, original publication time, source evidence, security, direction, thesis, horizon, catalyst, confidence, invalidation conditions, revisions, outcomes, and methodology versions. Missing details remain unknown.

How does point-in-time research work?
Each response states its resolved cutoff. Evidence published or observed after that cutoff is excluded, preventing later information from leaking into historical research.

How does BeliefState handle sources and private text?
BeliefState follows the active policy for each source. Public records and API responses expose only permitted evidence and derived facts. Private source bodies are not published by default, and connected Gmail and Discord access remains read-only.

How do I access BeliefState?
BeliefState delivers the same read-only intelligence through its REST API and MCP server. Buy $20, $50, $100 in prepaid credit before access. No subscription or automatic renewal. Usage is metered per request and stops before the balance becomes negative.

Use the Contact page and include the public record URL, the disputed fact, and the original source that supports the correction.

How do I request deletion or an export?
Open Settings when signed in or use the Contact page. Requests are verified, and BeliefState explains any provenance or legal records that must be retained.
